About Shireen S – Founder & Chief Clinical Dietitian

I’m Shireen, a Clinical Dietitian with over 6 years of hands-on experience, specialising in medical nutrition therapy and lifestyle-based dietary care.

 

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Gold Medallist from Alagappa University, along with being UGC-NET qualified. My professional training spans across clinical nutrition, diabetes care, women’s health, gut health, sports nutrition, and maternal– child nutrition.

 

My certifications include Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE – NDEP India), Certified PCOS Nutritionist, Certified Gut Health Nutritionist, and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. I am also trained as an Infant & Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Expert through Cornell University & UNICEF, and a Maternal, Infant, Young Child and Adolescent Nutritionist (MIYCAN) with the Public Health Foundation of India.

 

My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition—not trends or quick fixes. I focus on understanding your health condition, daily routine, cultural food preferences, and long-term goals to design nutrition plans that truly work in real life.

 

I strongly believe that sustainable health comes from consistent habits, mindful eating, and informed food choices—not restriction or guilt. Whether you’re managing a medical condition or simply aiming for better overall health, my role is to guide, support, and simplify nutrition for you.
